Rule 4 b addresses restricted play time when a team has 6 players on the available roster for a specific game. This is the situation when the opposing team has 6 or 7 or 8 players available for that game. However the following rule addition addresses the restricted play time when a team has 5 players available for the game.

 

Continuation of Rule 5 C:

 

        When a team has 5 players on the available roster for the game, the opposing team does not have any restricted play time for any of it's players.
